Il bello dell'hopelandic inventato da Jonsi è che ognuno può dare la propria interpretazione al testo (...che poi non c'è!). A me piace molto questo modo di cantare perchè personalmente dò sempre molta più importanza alla musica che non ai testi (...a meno che quest'ultimi non siano proprio stupidi). Mi piace cioè l'uso della voce come puro strumento, come fa Jonsi, ma anche Bjork per esempio.
PS: vi ricordate che ai temi di "( )" sul loro sito ufficiale (...quello con la vecchia grafica!) c'era quella sezione dedicata proprio all'interpretazione(...sotto qualunque aspetto!) delle canzoni contenute nell'album! Che fine ha fatto!
